The right rudder skin with the stiffeners clecoed on

The left rudder skin ( on the left) shows the vinyl protective covering cut away where the stiffeners get attached. This is done before the holes are deburred

A soldering pencil and a straight edge are used to cut the vinyl.

I'm using a die grinder with a scotch bright wheel to debur the edge of a rudder part.

The rudder spar showing the dimples. These were squeezed with a pneumatic squeezer. The dimple dies are in the white piece of plastic. The yellow handled tool is one of a few deburring tools used.

The vertical stabilizer frame pieces after being deburred and the edges smoothed.
