OK I was bored to death sitting around looking at the project, but, doing nothing on it. I decided to work on something that would not take two arms. First I drew this set up for the spinner back plate doubler rivets.
Then I marked the drill points on the doubler.
After I center punched the marks. After that I started to drill the holes so that I would not have any problem with the drill bit wandering.
Then I reassembled the two parts and drilled all the rivet holes.
Next I used a fly cutter to cut most of the material that needs to be removed. The rest will have to wait until the cast comes off.
