Work on the front windscreen/fuselage fairing. This fairing will be all glass.
More of the same.
The black stuff on the outside is micro ballons and pigment mixed with resin. This is used to fill the gap between the windscreen and the fuse.
This shows the black paint that I applied anywhere the windscreen would have fiberglass applied to the outside. This is done because fiberglass looks ugly when it is laid up against anything you can see through
This shot shows the filler I put between the roll bar and the windscreen.
