Dan Checkoway came by on December 12 and did a tech inspection for me. He was happy with the work and even wrote "excellent work" Thanks Dan!!
These two shots show the firesleeve I installed on the firewall pass though fittings.
This is a SD8 alternator that I got from B&C. It is only an Eight amp output so I will use it as a standby.
The row of clecoes above the firewall opening are where I drilled the firewall to rib. There is nothing in the instructions that say to do this, but, I do not want it to chafe so I will rivet it.
These two shots show how much differential there is in the aileron movement.
