My least favorite operation, de-buring wing skins. This is the left bottom inboard, the last one!!
The Experimental Aero DRTD1 dimpler in action. This is the only operation that I perform indoors. I just don't have enough room in the garage.
The right flap fully disassembled, de-bured and dimpled. This leaves only the left flap to debur and dimple. After that I will acid wash, alodine and prime them. So two flaps to complete and installation on the bottom left wing skins is all that is left to complete the wings. My Fuse is supposed to ship the week of May 17 so I think I have plenty of time to finish the wings.
