Today I primed the aileron skeleton, aileron mounts, and aileron gap seal and flap brace for the left wing.

I also primed the inside of the leading edge of the aileron and the counter weight because the counter weight is galvanized steel and I did not want to worry about galvanic reactions. (Battery)

This is the hinge for the right flap. The three missing links are to allow the pin to be inserted mid span.

This is one of the flap pieces that has to be bent at 6.3 degrees. Mine fits fine at 6.2 degrees!!

The piece above is the top piece with 6 clecoes holding it on. This piece takes the load from the flap actuator.

The flap brace is on riveted on.

This is the inboard aileron bracket.

The outboard bracket.

The aileron gap seal.

Both ailerons and the right flap.

The right flap and the hinge.
